The bill (Reg. No. 3510) aims to secure judges’ guarantees to judicial remuneration, provided by the Constitution and other laws of Ukraine that establish remuneration of judges and regulate the issue of additional payment to judges for work that stipulates access to state secret in the respective amount.
Committee members believe that the suggested amendments will allow adjust provisions of the laws “On State Secret” and “On the Court System and the Status of Judges” and will also help refine legislative support to provisions on proper maintenance of judges’ activity.
